Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the organic cotton items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
